Today i want you to think about consumption. Not in a negative way, but in a positive one.
Let's think food. How well did you prepare the food? How much did you eat of what you prepared? How much did you digest of what you actually ate? How did you feel during and after you digested the meal? I want you to think about consumption the same way.
Did you prep your mind? Clean it? Rinse it? Did you start with a new canvas? was your mental plate clean ? Did you consume knowledge that would educate you or did you doom scroll nonsensical entertainment? How does that make you feel ?
Let's be intentional with what we choose to internally digest, both physicals and mentally.
